The word ‘we’ is used in replacement of GC2.
The word ‘you’ or ‘your’ is used to refer to the CUSTOMER.
WE STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY:
All of the prices you see on the website or any other publicity material are in £ sterling and do not include the cost of delivery. All orders are accepted subject to availability. If your order is out of stock we will notify you, we will ask if you are happy to wait for the item(s), in which case we will send you your order as soon as the item(s) become(s) available. If you cannot or do not wish to wait for your order, or your order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, you will be given a full refund for the unavailable item(s) that you have paid for.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER:
You will be sent an e-mail confirming that we have received your order. We reserve the right to decline any order.

PAYMENTS:
Payments can be made using MasterCard, Visa, Delta and Switch via Barclays EPDQ or Paypal. Payment will be debited to your account before despatch of your order. All credit and debit card holders are subject to authorisation by the card issuer and if the issuer of your card refuses to pay us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Any cheques sent in the post will need to clear before items are dispatched.
WE DO NOT STORE ANY CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD INFORMATION. WE DO NOT STORE ACCOUNT NUMBERS OR SORT CODES THAT APPEAR ON CHEQUES.

ORDER DELIVERY, POSTAGE AND PACKAGING:
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days of receipt, subject to cleared funds.
A working day is defined as Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays.
We will send you an email to confirm despatch, so you know when to expect your order. Please see below guidelines regarding how long you can expect an order to take from despatch to delivery, including cost.

UK standard service 5-7 working days – £2.00
UK priority service 2-3 working days – £3.00
UK Next day service (order must be placed before 12pm) – £5.00
Republic of Ireland 7-10 working days – £5.00
Europe 7-10 working days – £5.00
Rest of the world. Wholesale only at this stage. Please enquire using the “Contact Us” form.

PRODUCT COLOUR REPRODUCTION INFORMATION:
Please note that whilst every effort has been made to represent colours as accurately as possible, there may be slight variances as to the way they appear on your viewing system. The images are meant only as a guide. We are unable to accept returns on opened products.

RETURNS & ORDER CANCELLATION:
If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please inform us using the “Contact Us” form within 3 working days of the receipt of your order to arrange a replacement or a refund. You must return the faulty item by second class post ONLY. We will not refund or replace the item until we have received the damaged or faulty item. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item. (Second Class Postage Rate Only) We are not responsible for the loss of the damaged or faulty item being returned to us during transit, so we strongly advise you to obtain a “certificate of posting” from Royal Mail. This proof of posting is free.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:
If you cancel your order BEFORE your order has been dispatched to you, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued by us within 5 working days.

If you cancel your order AFTER your order has been dispatched to you, or you have already received your order, then the following procedures apply :

When you receive your order, you have a period of 14 days (2 weeks) to return the ordered item(s). The goods MUST be returned UNUSED and UNOPENED with the SEAL INTACT – in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from us. For reasons of hygiene we will not exchange or refund any item which has been opened or used, or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us to you.

Please contact us by email to confirm which item(s) is/are being returned. We will issue you with a returns number and an address to send the item(s) back to us. We are not responsible for returned item(s) lost or damaged in transit. We strongly advise that you use recorded delivery or a similar tracked service, and obtain the necessary insurance which will cover the value of the items should they be lost or damaged in transit. There will be no refund of the cost of returning the item(s). Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale. Please note that we will not be liable for orders delivered to incorrect shipping addresses which have been provided by the customer at the time of ordering, so please check your details carefully before submitting your order.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

COMMITMENT TO QUALITY:
We have a high commitment to quality, and we always attempt to get things right. Of however you have cause for complaint, please inform us by email, and we try to put things right.

GC2 reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions from time to time by posting new terms and conditions on this website.

YOUR DATA AND PRIVACY:
We do not and will not disclose your information to third parties.
